Abstract:
After more than 20 years of technological changes, China railway ticketing and reservation system (abbreviation: railway passenger ticket system) has been built into the world's largest comprehensive ticketing system. In order to support the development of the railway passenger ticket system combined transport business and help the development of modern integrated transportation system, it is urgent to learn from the advanced experience of MaaS practice and carry out the research on MaaS+ intelligent service system. This paper focused on the optimization of resource allocation, standardization of information sharing, systematization of intermodal transport products, integration of travel services, and coordination of intermodal transport support, based on the MaaS service platform, designed the MaaS+ intelligent service mode of railway passenger ticket system, and constructed the MaaS+ intelligent service system architecture of railway passenger ticket system. The research results are of great significance for consolidating and improving the backbone role of railway in the integrated transportation system and accelerating the realization of the strategic goal of building a strong transportation country.
