Abstract: Based on the projects of Dali-Ruili railway and Guiyang-Nanning railway, this paper summarizes the construction process of the steel columns on arch bridge and ancillary facilities of bridge deck structures. Through field measurement, the statistcs of unit consumption of labor, materials and machinery are aqcaired. According to the relevant valuation basis, the cost indexes of steel columns and bridge deck system on the fabricated arch are obtained, which are compared and analyzed with those of the cast-in-place bridge deck system so as to provide support for the valuation of railway bridge fabricated construction.
