京张高铁官厅水库特大桥工程智能建造及智能运维技术应用方案

Application scheme of intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance technology for Guanting Reservoir grand bridge project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway

  • 摘要: 北京—张家口高速铁路(简称:京张高铁)是服务于2022年北京冬奥会与冬残奥会的重要交通基础设施,也是支撑京津冀协同发展轨道交通网的重要组成部分。文章依托京张高铁重点工程—官厅水库特大桥工程,研究并整理了该桥建设期所采用的智能建造技术,将贯穿建设期、联调联试期、运营期的全生命周期智能监测系统与智能检修车装备结合形成了智能运营维护体系。京张高铁官厅水库特大桥建设中获得的智能化技术应用方面的经验可复制和推广,为后续智慧铁路建设提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is an important transportation infrastructure serving the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games, and is also an important part of the rail transit network supporting the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Relying on the Guanting Reservoir grand bridge project, a key project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, this paper studied and sorted out the intelligent construction technologies used in the construction period of the bridge. The paper combined the whole life cycle intelligent monitoring system throughout the construction period, joint commissioning and test period and operation period with the intelligent maintenance vehicle equipment to form an intelligent operation and maintenance system. The experiences gained from the application of intelligent technology in the construction of Guanting Reservoir grand bridge of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway can be copied and popularized to provide reference for the follow-up construction of smart railway.
