中国智能高速铁路2.0的内涵特征、体系架构与实施路径

Connotation, architecture and implementation path of China Intelligent High-speed Railway 2.0

  • 摘要: 文章系统总结中国智能高速铁路(简称:高铁)顶层架构设计、关键技术创新、基础平台建设、工程示范应用等方面取得的主要成就,分析“十四五”时期中国智能高铁面临的内外部形势和要求,提出智能高铁2.0的内涵和主要体现在“体系正向设计、全专业协同、跨行业综合、预测性分析”4个方面的代际特征,从技术体系、数据体系、标准体系等维度构建智能高铁体系架构2.0,规划建造、装备、运营等领域智能化重点攻关任务和实施路径,可为“十四五”时期智能高铁2.0的研究和应用提供重要指导。

     

    Abstract: This paper systematically summarized the main achievements of China intelligent high-speed railway (IHR) in top-level design, key technology innovation, infrastructure platform construction, engineering demonstration and application, analyzed the internal and external situations and requirements faced by China IHR during the 14th Five Year Plan period, put forward the connotation of IHR2.0 and its intergenerational characteristics mainly embodied in four aspects of system positive design, full professional collaboration, cross industry integration, and predictive analysis, built the IHR2.0 architecture from the dimensions of technical system, data system and standard system, planned the key research tasks and implementation paths of intellectualization in the fields of construction, equipment, operation, etc. It can provide important guidance for the research and application of IHR2.0 during the 14th Five Year Plan period.
