Abstract:
In view of the current development requirements of railway freight car repair system reform and lean management, to solve the problems of extensive freight car accessories management, incomplete resume information, lack of accessories manufacturing and repair quality evaluation means, this paper designed the information management system for railway freight car accessories by using the Internet of things, fault prediction and health management, big data analysis and other technologies. The system established the unique identification code of the key accessories of the freight car, reconstructed the data of manufacturing, application, maintenance and scrapping of accessories of the freight car, and applied the data to the resume database of the whole life cycle of the key accessories, scrapping management of accessories, quality analysis of manufacturing and repair, and the law of fault analysis. The practice proves that the system can provide important technical and data support for lean management of freight car accessories, assist in site production and reduce maintenance costs.
