Abstract: The freight car application management information system is the information record carrier of freight train inspection technical operation, fault handling, technical handover and quality analysis. It adopts advanced information processing and integration technology to integrate resources, share information, integrate data and comprehensively apply the relevant systems of train inspection technical operation, so as to implement the intelligent push of train integrated information, standardize the train inspection process, realize the control and standardized management of the whole process of train inspection, push vehicle early warning information on demand to implement the transformation of train inspection operation monitoring and command from manual active query to system intelligent push, scientifically formulate the train inspection operation quality evaluation algorithm to realize the inter field mutual control evaluation of train inspection quality. The freight car application management information system has been deployed and applied in China's railway and achieved good results.
