This paper analyzed the shortcomings of talent management mode under the traditional technical conditions of railway enterprises, and put forward the construction scheme of talent management information platform based on big data technology: establishing talent big data electronic archives, using big data technology to optimize the work of talent selection and assessment, building the overall framework of talent management information platform based on big data technology, designing and developing the talent management function module by using data fusion, data mining, business intelligence analysis, No SQL database and other technologies. It provides ideas and methods for promoting the transformation and upgrading of talent management in railway enterprises from "experience + feeling" to "number + fact".
