高速铁路基础设施视频大数据应用方案研究

  • 摘要: 为充分挖掘利用综合视频监控系统采集的海量视频数据,分析开展高速铁路基础设施视频大数据应用的可行性,明确系统建设目标,提出系统总体架构和逻辑架构。该系统提供监控视频结构化分析平台,通过准确的视频数据标注,实现视频数据的结构化组织和存储管理,可为智能视频数据分析提供准确有效的数据集,也为铁路信息资源整合和综合应用开发提供了有利条件。该系统以基于智能视频分析的基础设施异常报警及其闭环管理为核心功能,提供定制化监控视频查询功能和监控视频数据共享服务,有助于提升视频数据应用价值,促进铁路信息系统集成化发展与融合创新。

     

    Abstract: In order to fully utilize the massive video data collected by the comprehensive video surveillance system, the feasibility of the surveillance video big data application for high-speed railway infrastructure is analyzed and the construction goals of the video big data application system are formulated. The overall architecture and logical architecture of the system is proposed. The system provides a structured analysis platform for surveillance video and achieves structured organization and storage management of video data through accurate video data annotation, which can prepare accurate and effective data sets for intelligent video data analysis, and also provide favorable conditions for railway information resource integration and comprehensive application development. The core function of the system is closed-loop management of railway infrastructure abnormalies alarm based on intelligent video analysis. Besides, it can provide customized query functions and data sharing services of surveillance video, conducive to improve the application value of video data and to promote the integrated development and fusion innovation of railway information systems. .
