Abstract:
There are many problems in understanding and implementing the existing rules and regulations and work approval process of railway enterprises, which not only affect the work efficiency and service quality to a certain extent, but also increase the workload and material resources of management departments. How to improve the communication mechanism between internal management departments and business departments of railway enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. By studying the intelligent semantic speech analysis model and using this technology, this paper constructed a new intelligent inquiry platform with high configurability and high scalability. Through various channels such as Web and App, the centralized management system and unified inquiry exit could effectively save the manpower cost of the management department, quickly respond to inquiries, implement full-time service and enhance the efficiency of the enterprise, improve staff efficiency.
