Abstract: To meet the needs of passenger prices and flexible adjustment, this paper designed and developed the railway passenger transport price adjustment application system, the system adopted the mainstream Internet development framework and technology, and had the functions of to-do affairs management, scheme management, announcement of fare change, implementation of fare change and so on, which fully met the needs of price managers at all levels for fine management of passenger transport price business. The application of the system in railway passenger transport price management business can effectively help the railway achieve the goal of increasing transportation and income.
