Abstract:
With the popularity of various mobile applications such as web-based applicaions, applets, WeChat public account, and mobile Apps, which are mobile Internet service entrances directly facing end users, the operation performance, stability and user experience of mobile applications are particularly important. This paper proposes a design scheme of unified mobile application data acquisition and analysis platform that is divided into two parts: the mobile application side and the server side. The mobile application side adopts hierarchical structural design and unified interface definition to achieve the compatibility of multi-channel mobile applications. The server side can decouple log data processing by adopting message queue service and support real-time and offline log processing to ensure the accuracy and real-timeness of data analysis. The mobile application data collection and analysis service of the platform is characteristic of less code intrusion, conveniently rapid deployment and effective integration of application data from various channels. This platform realizes unified monitoring and comprehensive analysis of multi-channel mobile applications of mobile Internet services and can help operators grasp the running status and user behavior of various mobile applications in a timely and all-round manner and will play a positive role in continuously improving mobile Internet services, enhancing the stability of mobile applications and enhancing user service experience.
