Abstract:
In view of the lack of construction detection density of high-speed railway ballastless track bed, which leads to the rework of ballastless track bed after the laying of long rail and the difficulty of fine adjustment of long rail, this paper studied the principle and method based on the sleeper-by-sleeper retest mode of ballastless track, and designed the information system of sleeper-by-sleeper retest of ballastless track. The system has the functions of ballastless track construction schedule management, retest data analysis, over-limit data warning and so on, and can achieve the goal of ballastless track construction quality precision control and digital management. Practice shows that: the designed ballastless track sleeper by sleeper retest information system can dynamically master the construction progress and quality, help to find the track construction disease in advance, avoid quality problems into the next process, produce more cost of renovation, ballastless track construction quality control has strong practical value and reference significance.
