Abstract: This paper analyzed the training and teaching requirements of freight railway heavy haul train operation for train operation organization personnel, designed a railway heavy haul train operation simulation training system integrating teaching and training, introduced the functions and key simulation processes of the system, implemented the development of the system through software programming, realized the purpose of teaching, skill training, examination and evaluation of students, and also promoted the improvement of dispatching command and management level of train organization personnel.
