铁路桥梁信息化施工管理平台研发与应用

Railway bridge information construction management platform

  • 摘要: 为解决现有铁路桥梁粗放式建造模式存在的资源高消耗、劳动力短缺、信息集成度不高等问题,文章基于建筑信息模型(BIM,Building Information Modeling)和地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)技术,设计开发了铁路桥梁信息化施工管理平台;实现了三维可视化的项目进度管理、安全管理、质量管理等功能。以Spring Cloud为技术框架,开发具备微服务架构特性的分布式系统;研究三维场景缓存预处理及基于工程结构分解的数据管理关键技术。该平台已应用于郑济(郑州—济南)铁路长清黄河桥项目。应用结果表明,该平台可提高施工现场的生产效率、管理效率及决策能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to resolve problems of high resource consumption, labor shortage and low information integration in the existing extensive construction mode of railway bridges, based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) and GIS (Geographic Information System) technology, this paper designed and developed the railway bridge information construction management platform. The platform implemented the functions of three-dimensional visual project progress management, safety management, quality management and so on. The paper took spring cloud as the technical framework to develop a distributed system with microservice architecture characteristics, study the key technologies of 3D scene cache preprocessing and data management based on engineering structure decomposition. The platform was applied to the Changqing Yellow River Bridge project of Zhengji (Zhengzhou-Jinan) railway. The results show that it can improve the production efficiency, management efficiency and decision-making ability of the construction site.
