Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive management level of railway land, maintain the rights and interests of railway land assets, optimize the planning, allocation and comprehensive development and utilization of railway land, this paper designed and implemented a railway land use management information system based on railway "one map". The main functions of the system included railway land use statistics report, railway land use comprehensive index analysis, railway "one map" management, land exploration and analysis in key areas, and other functions, could assist the Railway Group Co. Ltd. and relevant departments in scientific planning of land resources, rational development and utilization, and let the railway land use management further develop to refinement and efficiency.
