Abstract: According to the demand of benefit analysis of passenger train operation in railway transportation enterprises, this paper comprehensively combed the benefit indexes of passenger train operation, designed the evaluation indicators of train conversion seating rate and conversion breakeven point, and established the benefit evaluation system of passenger train operation, developed the railway passenger train operation benefit evaluation system and put it into operation in China Railway Jinan Group Co. Ltd.. The operation showed that the system can dynamically, intuitively, quickly and accurately evaluate the train operation benefits, and provided scientific decision-making basis for the optimization of passenger train operation scheme.
