Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of increasing operating mileage, massive data of inspection and inspection, manual secondary analysis and low efficiency of workshop organization and management, this paper constructed the framework of intelligent decision-making system for maintenance scheme, designed the intelligent decision-making system for railway permanent-way maintenance scheme, established design rules such as equipment inspection, disease analysis, unit evaluation and task definition, and estimated the maintenance capacity of maintenance department, implemented automatic evaluation, calculation, design, generation scheme and operation effect evaluation. The pilot application shows that the system assists the workshop production planning and decision-making, reduces the analysis workload, scientifically organizes production, and effectively improves the intelligent maintenance management level of public works specialty.
