Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the train operation scheme and the number of train passengers cannot be determined in the calculation of the maximum number of people gathering in high-speed railway stations, this paper designed and implemented the software for calculating the maximum number of people gathering in newly built high-speed railway stations. Based on the database, the software calculated the maximum number of people gathering through four steps, such as matching similar stations and train operation schemes, matching the number of train passengers, matching the law of passenger arrival, and calculating the maximum number of aggregators. The paper took four newly built high-speed railway stations as examples to analyze the accuracy of the software. The results show that the maximum number of people gathering in new high-speed railway stations calculated by the software is close to the maximum number of new high-speed railway stations approved by CHINA RAILWAY, which has strong practical value.
