Abstract: Digitization is the foundation of modern enterprise transformation in the Internet era. Huge information system maintenance work and investment brought by digital transformation are the problems that information management administrative organizations must face. This paper introduced the background of digital transformation and studied the operation and maintenance of railway information system driven by digital transformation, put forward the planning and design ideas with service as the core in the process of railway digital transformation, and based on the six step diagram method of digital transformation, proposed a symbiosis method of digital operation and maintenance of railway information system. The proposed method is a deep understanding and important attempt of railway industry digital transformation.
