基于BIM的建设项目全生命周期工程管理系统设计与应用

BIM based whole life cycle engineering management system for construction project

  • 摘要: 针对铁路建筑施工过程中施工进度、成本控制效率低及施工安全风险预警不及时等问题,设计一种基于BIM的建设项目全生命周期工程管理系统,从前期项目标准制订到后期运维都进行了具体规划。由于建设期和运维期之间存在数据传递的问题,设计了竣工后(建设最后阶段)模型到运维之间的转换过程模型。该系统已应用于北京局集团公司丰台站站房改建项目中,满足项目需求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low construction progress, low cost control efficiency and untimely early warning of construction safety risks in the process of railway construction, this paper designed a whole life cycle engineering management system for construction project based on Building Information Modeling(BIM), and carried out a specific planning from the formulation of project standards in the early stage to the later operation and maintenance. Due to the problem of data transmission between construction period and operation and maintenance period, the paper designed a conversion process model from post completion model to operation and maintenance after completion (the final stage of construction). The system has beed applied to the reconstraction project of station building in Beijing Fengtai Railway Station, and meets the project reguirements.
