Abstract:
In order to strengthen the construction of emergency capacity and speed up the construction of emergency informatization, this paper designed a railway spatiotemporal big data emergency aided decision-making system, introduced the system structure, data architecture, network architecture and system functions, described the key technologies and application scenarios of Geographic Information System(GIS), remote sensing monitoring and Beidou satellite navigation in the system. At present, the system has been applied in some railway group companies to provide all-round emergency decision-making information for emergency commanders, and effectively improves the efficiency of emergency disposal of emergencies.
