Abstract:
To solve the problems of low level of refined management and unbalanced input-output ratio of operation and maintenance in the Information Technology(IT) operation and maintenance service of the railway main data center, the improvement scheme of IT operation and maintenance service capability based on the Information Technology Service Standards(ITSS) standard system is proposed. By defining the IT operation and maintenance service catalog of the railway main data center, setting the level of each operation and maintenance service in detail, fine-grained matching the diversified service requirements of the business information systems, guaranteeing the operation and maintenance service standards via service level agreements, differentiated and precise operation and maintenance services by railway main data center are enabled to effectively optimize the cost of operation and maintenance services, improve the utilization of main data center operation and maintenance resources, and improve operation and maintenance service management.
