Abstract: In view of the current situation of information system operation and maintenance management of China Railway Xi’an Group Co. Ltd., this article studied the technical specifications of information system software operation and maintenance, maintenance knowledge base, special patrol inspection technical reporting mechanism and key technologies. The research results standardized and unified the operation standards of information system software operation and maintenance. At present, it has been officially promoted and applied in China Railway Xi’an Group Co. Ltd., which has significantly improved the operation and maintenance quality.
