列车编组顺序表电子化传递系统方案研究

Research on technical scheme of train consist list electronic delivery system

  • 摘要: 列车编组顺序表是车站与机车乘务员间交接车列的作业表单,一直以来由人工完成纸质表单传递。以覆盖全路客运和货运车站、为全路客货列车机车乘务员提供高可用列车编组顺序表电子化信息传递服务为目标,提出列车编组顺序表电子化传递系统方案;系统采用集中式双中心架构,由中央子系统、移动作业子系统和外部信息接口3部分构成,具有高可用性、高吞吐量、低延迟及良好的可伸缩性;重点描述系统车地信息传输网络构成和技术架构,详细介绍实现电子化列车编组顺序表信息安全、可靠、正确传递的技术要点。该系统已在全国铁路试运行,运行稳定,性能满足设计要求,覆盖全国铁路客运和货运车站的列车编组顺序表作业,可灵活适应各种客、货运输作业场景;为推进系统应用,编制统计指标对该系统应用状况进行评价和监测,分析试运行期间存在的问题及原因,并给出应对措施;明确下一步亟待推进的相关工作,并结合铁路5G技术应用趋势,对未来发展进行展望。

     

    Abstract: Train consist list is a work record for handing over train set between the station and the locomotive driver, which has always been passed manually in paper form over the past decades. With the aim of covering all passenger and freight stations and providing high availability electronic information transfer service of train consist list for all passenger and freight train locomotive drivers, the technical scheme of train consist list electronic delivery system is proposed. This system adopts a centralized dual-center architecture featuring high availability, high throughput, low latency and good scalability, which consists of three parts: the central subsystem, the mobile operation subsystem and the external information interfaces. The structure of the vehicle-to-ground information transmission network of the system and its technical framework are described emphatically and the technical key points of realizing electronic transfer of correct train consist list securely and reliabily are introduced in detail. The system has been put into trial operation all over the national railways and keeps running stably and its performance meets the design requirements, covering the delivery of train consist list at all passenger and freight stations and flexibly adapting to various passenger and freight operation scenarios. In order to promote the application of the system, statistical indicators were defined to evaluate and monitor the application status of the system, and the problems existed during the trial operation and their causes were analyzed, and corresponding measures were given. In the end, relevant work that needs to be promoted in the next step is clarified and the future development is forecasted based on the application trend of 5G technology in railway.
